Notes : Paper museum is actually a japanese craft website so you might expect a few japanese words on the template. But there is none on the card except 'HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO YOU' wording and it's in english so it won't hold your back. If you look closely, there is an extra space where you can write your own word so make use of it. You should not worry about envelope if you need any since it's also included in the template.
