Happy birthday to this certain someone that i know. I think it's been years since i made a wish to her. Anyway, you guys can enjoy this card that i'm presenting to you today too. It's pretty easy to make and 3 types of cake that you can choose. I think there are chocolate, and cheese cake but not so sure about the other one. Check out the image and tell me what you guys think.

Notes : I dun think anyone needs instruction or folding tutorials for this. The card is pretty simple too. Just cut through the line, fold through the dashed line and glue the cake on the available template of the card. There is happy birthday wording prepared on the card for you and some extra space here and there for you to write your personal wish. Pretty cute if i may say. Sadly, there is no template for envelope, so you will probably need to search it some where, or i will try to find some link for you to choose next time.
